Shipping policy

Jess Wang Hair only offers shipping Australia wide with Australia Post. All orders will be shipped the following business day after order is placed.

Regular Shipping is $10 (4-10 business days)

Express Shipping is $15 (1-3 business days)

Aerosol items can not be shipped via Express so please select Regular Shipping. If Express Shipping is selected, it will be still sent via Regular Post and the difference in shipping price will be refunded.

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking code via email. If your order is delayed or missing please contact Australia Post with the tracking number. Jess Wang Hair does not take responsibility for delayed or missing packages once it has been dispatched with Australia Post.
