All packages are shipped with Australia Post.
Orders over $100 receive FREE Express Post shipping
All orders will be shipped the following business day after order is placed.
Regular shipping is $10
(4-10 business days)
Express shipping is $15
(1-3 business days)
**Aerosol items can not be shipped via Express. Please select Regular shipping for these items.**
Once your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking code via email.
If your order is delayed or missing please contact Australia Post with the tracking number.
Jess Wang Hair does not take responsibility for delayed or missing packages once it has been dispatched with Australia Post.
Returns & Refunds
